STATEMENT of FAITH

• We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)
• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. (Matthew 28:19)
• We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in the blessed hope of His personal visible return to this earth to receive to Himself, His blood bought church, that it may be with Him forever. (Luke 1:26-36, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, John 14:2-3, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
• We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ. (Hebrews 9:12 & 22)
• We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is able to live a holy life. (2 Corinthians 6:14; 7:1, Romans 6:13)
• We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit and the manifestation of His gifts. (acts 2:1-4; 44:46, 1 Corinthians 12-14, Romans 8:1-17, Romans 12)
• We believe the church should focus on the holistic ministry inclusive of gospel emphasizes social, political and economical justice according to Biblical Principles. (Proverbs 14:31, 31:9, Luke 4:18) We believe in ministry to the total being-spirit, soul and body. (Matthew 16:26, 1 Corinthians 9:27; 15:39-49, 1 Thessalonians 5:23)
• We believe that there is one universal church, which is composed of many local churches. Each abides under the sovereign headship of Christ and is responsible for faithful stewardship. (Matthew 16:18, Act 15:22, Colossians 1:18;24)
